Chef Jonavin's Boursin Alfredo Sauce

Chef Jonavin's special recipe Alfredo sauce guaranteed to satisfy tastebuds!


Ingredients

½ cup butter

1 pint heavy whipping cream 2 cups

2 ounces cream cheese

1 Tbsp minced garlic or Garlic Paste

1 teaspoon italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon smoked salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 cup grated parmesan

1 Tbsp fresh parsley


Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted.

  2. Add the minced garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth.

  3. Add the grated parmesan cheese.

  4. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 5-8 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

  5. Toss it with your favorite pasta!
